Happy Dindon Day!

Little J just recently learned that “dindon” means “turkey” in French, she’s taken to calling Thanksgiving (or Turkey Day) Dindon Day. And it’s pretty stinking cute, so I stole it (with permission).

I know that for a lot of my friends Thanksgiving happened last month (or it doesn’t exist), so I wanted to invite you over for a small feast with my fambam!
I’m not a huge fan of dindon, so I asked Dad to make ham instead.

We also had mustard greens.

And sweet potatoes.

Of course, there was stuffing.

You can’t have stuffing without gravy.

I saved a plate for you!

While Thanksgiving is the best holiday of the year because of the massive quantities of food consumed without guilt and without the stress of gift-giving, the important thing is to be with family and show your thanks. I’m thankful for a wonderful life, a job that pays the bills, and a family that loves me. And you, of course! I’m thankful to every one of you that reads this blog.
What are you thankful for?
