for the love of pumpkin.

I don’t know about you, but I am all about pumpkin anything. For me, it’s the best thing about fall. Suddenly, even mundane food and drink (even things that I don’t like, such as coffee) become enchanted by the goodness of pumpkin. Pumpkin has got to be one of my favorite foods. So when I found out that Ace made a pumpkin cider for the holidays, I had to try it.

The first thing you’ll notice when you open her up is the scent of pumpkins. It’s heavenly without smelling fake or overpowering.

This cider, like other flavors of Ace, has a very delicate and refreshing taste. The pumpkin cider is a little on the sweet side, which is all the better for me! I’m not gonna lie, it’s a little on the weird side. But it’s mostly on the delicious side!

The glass I used is from Glasgow. It was part of a promotion that the local brewery released for the national fervor leading up to the London 2012 Olympic Games. I may or may not have nicked the glass from a pub one night. You can hardly blame me, it’s basically the perfect souvenir. The glass is something you’ll actually use and written all over it are the things that Glasgow is most beloved for.

Have you tried anything else made with pumpkin that was heavenly?
